Steering Council
  • Establish project goals and scope as well as determine how success will be measured
  • Provide advice on planning projects, including human assets and facilities
  • Monitor project process and quality, and adjust accordingly

Cooperation Committee
  • Collaborate to develop extracurricular programs and practical field training
  • Establish plans for research cooperation to solve technical barriers and problems
  • Organize the 'Kangwon Provincial Forum on New & Renewable Energy Development'
Program Management
Committee
  • Evaluate the individual program performance and outcomes
  • Review the equipment purchase and laboratory renovation plan
  • Establish strategies to spread the program to the public

  • Develop the standardized curriculum for the convergence program

  • Operate 40+ subjects, each of 3-credit, 15- week, 45-hour/semester classes
  • Endorse interdisciplinary, multi-degrees on energy technologies and climate change
  • Develop re-skilling program for employees, career counseling and practical training
